The first and only real documentary on what makes Hedges Avenue the most talked about real estate in the land. Commissioned by HSP, Eddie Kornhauser's development company as a low key, but highly effective promotional tool for his hedges 252 project, built in 2005. At the preview showing Eddie Kornhauser said "Fantastic - it really sells itself".

Commissioned by Redland Shire Council to present a combined State Government and Council proposal to international entrepreneurs.

HARBOUR TOWN REGIONAL TOWN CENTRE
Commissioned by the Lewis Land Corporation to introduce a multi-million dollar long range shopping/theme park/ community facility and marina complex for the northern Gold Coast. The centre was subsequently built and has been highly successful, winning both architectural awards and consumer support.

PALM CREST HEIGHTS
Commissioned by Neuglen Pty Ltd — a marketing documentary to introduce a townhouse project on Palm Meadows golf course to investor groups in Singapore.

RIVERLINK
Commissioned by Burchill Strategic Projects to promote future planning intentions and marketing advantages of a major Australian integrated resort concept on the Gold Coast, for viewing by international financiers and stakeholders.

LAKEWOODS
Commissioned by Lund Constructions and Burchill Partners to support environmental technologies for entry to the 1998 Case Earth Awards. The project won the state finals.

YOU MUST REMEMBER THIS
Commissioned by Sales Acceleration, on behalf of the Raptis Group, builders of the Chevron Renaissance, this is a journey down memory lane and an examination of what makes Surfers Paradise the investment capital of Australian resorts. At the preview showing Jim Raptis said it was the best documentary he had ever seen. As often happens, his minions didn't understand its purpose and apart from around the opening time, it has not been used as an ongoing marketing tool for the company. It's a shame.

WHAT THE EYE CAN'T SEE
Commissioned by Refrigerant Reclaim Australia, an authority funded by the refrigerant gas industry for the proper disposal or destruction of gas. Eight thousand copies of the documentary were distributed to every automotive workshop in Australia which handles refrigerant gas for air conditioning. Coupled with the documentary was a half hour session with a leading auto trainer, on professional a/c system servicing and gas management.

Commissioned by the Albert Shire Council as a tribute to retiring statesman Councillor Bill Laver after 26 years at the helm of Australia's fastest growing local authority.

Prepared for a state design award to demonstrate the public consultation process and innovative planning technologies incorporated into the city's town and strategic plans review.

A documentary on the development of the world's first significant technology change for the violin in 400 years. Produced for the NAMM music festival in Nashville Tennessee and acclaimed by Austrade, Los Angeles.

Commissioned by the Gold Coast City Council to capture the first and only beach replenish program by specialist off-shore dredger.

RECYCLING A RIVER
Commissioned by Neumann Contractors, this documentary explained the approval of the Environmental Protection Authority to the soil production process pioneered by the company, in which acid soils are recycled into quality garden soil. With a great deal of help from the documentary the company ultimately won the coveted Case Earth Awards, a national title, for environmental innovation.

A corporate documentary which traces the history and development of an export orientated production factory of Robertson Air Conditioning. It was produced in Japanese and English languages.

WAKAME CAPSULE
Commissioned by Burchill Partners KK Japan. this is a documentary in three languages (English, Japanese and German) explaining the unique technology of the Wakame coated medical capsule made from seaweed. The documentary was for howing to world investors and manufacturers at the 2000 World Expo in Frankfurt, Germany.

RECYCLING ACID SULPHATE SOILS
Commissioned by Neumann Contractors, this is the story of the Chinderah By-Pass construction in New South Wales, in which Neumann Contractors devised a ground breaking technology on the treatment of acid sulphate soils. The documentary helped Neumann Contractors win the coveted Case Earth Awards nationally in 1997.

THE OARSOME LAKE KAWANA
Commissioned by Neumann Contractors, this covers the creation of a real-life laboratory of best practice in the management of acid sulphate soils and water quality. The company won the Queensland section of the Case Earth Awards with this project and this documentary.

THE GOLD COAST CONVENTION AND EXHIBITION CENTRE
Commissioned by Neumann Contractors, this covers the civic contracting on the preparation of the site for the centre, including dramatic footage of the filling in of old Talebudgera Creek by four bulldozers working in tandem. Submitted for Case Earth Awards in environmental management.

THE MAIN BEACH STORY
Documentary on the metamorphosis of one of the Gold Coast's most famous Bohemian suburbs — commissioned by the public company Gordon Pacific Limited

THE SOVEREIGN ISLANDS PLAN
Commissioned by Lewis Land Corporation to present its island plans to Gold Coast and government authorities.

MAGNETIC QUAY
Introduction to the proposed $165million resort development at Nelly Bay on Magnetic Island off the coast at Townsville. Commissioned by Linkon, a member of the development group.

THE DREAM OF CAVES BEACH
Commissioned by Gordon Pacific Limited to introduce a $500million resort, residential and recreation development at Caves Beach between Newcastle and Sydney. It addressed historical and environmental issues in an endeavour to influence the general perception of the effects of larger scale development.

Commissioned by Burchill and Partners (Malaysia) Sdn Berhad to introduce new concepts in group and greenstreet housing for their client Tan and Tan Developments Berhad — this documentary introduced integrated computer images prepared by Burchill Partners Consulting Group.

NEGARA PROPERTIES (M) BERHAD
Commissioned by Burchill and Partners (Malaysia) Sdn Berhad to introduce an Australian designed golf resort project to potential golf members.

VILLA SERPONG RESORT, JAKARTA
Documentary in English and Bahasa Indonesia for Burchill Partners Consulting Group and their client, Agung Podomoro Group to introduce the master planning rationale for a 500 hectare community housing project. Involved extensive use of computer generated animation from Burchill Partners Consulting Group.
